When You Arrive for Drop Off
- Plan on 30-40 minutes for drop off.
- Check in before you unload. You will be provided one or more of the following: A rolling rack to hang your clothing, a hand cart, and/or an area to place your stuff.
- We will have some carts available to assist you unloading your vehicle.
- PLEASE NOTE: If your items are not hung or prepared properly, we will ask you to correct these items prior to leaving.
