What is the Preview Sale?

The Preview Sale takes place the evening before the sale is open to the general public.  As a Volunteer, you will receive 2 Preview Sale passes to shop before anyone else! 

Can I volunteer if I am not a seller?

If volunteer shifts are available, we will open up these shifts for non-selling volunteers 2 weeks prior to the sale. These volunteer shifts must take place prior to the Preview Sale to receive passes to attend the Preview Sale.

How long is a Volunteer shift?

Each volunteer shift is 3 hours long. 

How will I know if Volunteer shifts are available?

This website will be updated with information regarding the Volunteer shifts.  We will also update Facebook and send out a newsletter.  You can "Like" us on Facebook for updates and/or register to receive The Big Red Wagon newsletter.  If you are interested in Volunteering for more that one sale locations, be sure to sign up to receive each locations newsletter!

How do I register to Volunteer?

If Volunteer shifts are available prior to the Preview Sale, you will be able to register on the "Home" page or "Sale Info" page in the "Registration" box.  You will see a button called "Volunteer".  Please Note:  Children are not permitted to volunteer with you for safety reasons.
