What's New for Spring 2012!

Eight Locations

The Big Red Wagon is growing! This spring there will be 8 locations. As a seller, you only have to enter you items one time and you can sell at as many locations as you like! See "Sell at All Locations" for all the important details!

Change to Volunteer Shifts

1. Some volunteer shifts will be 5 hour shifts.  These shifts will be equivalent to receiving credit for 2 shifts (so you will only have to work 5 hours rather than 6!).   These shifts will mostly take place during set up and resort time slots.  Because these are such critical time slots, if you are not able to make your scheduled shift, there will be a $25 cancelation fee deducted from your seller proceeds.  Please make sure you check your schedule before signing up for these shifts!! 
2. For each shift you work, you will receive a ticket (some shifts are worth more tickets than others!!).  These tickets will be entered into a drawing for a prize at the end of the sale!

Two (yes two!!) Volunteer & Seller  Preview Sales

There has always been a special preview sale the night before the sale opens to the general public for volunteers and sellers!  We are adding a second preview sale called the Half Price Preview Sale!!  The last day of the sales, before the sale opens to the public, we will have early shopping hours for sellers and volunteers to get the first pick of the half price items!  Check each sale location for specific dates and times.

New Item Preparation Guidelines

We have made a few changes to our item preparation guidelines.  These changes have come at the request of many, many sellers and shoppers over the past few sales.  We will not be placing items on the sales floor that have not been prepared properly as we previously have.  We hope the few changes listed below will help your items sell better!

1. All clothing must be on hangers.  No more onesies, sleepers, etc. can be placed in bags.  You may still hang these in sets.  Please watch the Hanging Multiple Items How To Video for further instructions.   This change is due to the number of complaints we have received about the quality of the items that were placed in the bags. 
2. All crib size/smaller blankets must be on hangers as well for the same reasons stated above. 
3. All items must be on appropriated sized hangers.  NO ADULT HANGERS on infant and kid size clothing. 

Minimum Item Requirement

You must have a minimum of 50 items or a total value of $100 or more to be a seller.   If you have a referral, they too must meet this minimum requirement.
