Earn More - Volunteer and Referrals

Benefits of being a Volunteer and having Referrals

As a Seller you will earn a minimum 60% of your total sales. A $15.00 Seller Fee will be deducted from this amount. You will also receive two passes to shop early at the Preview Sale and two passes to shop early at the Half Price Preview Sale! If you volunteer two standard shifts and one premium shift, you will get to shop at the VIP Preview Sale. The VIP Preview Sale will take place before all of the other preview sales.

WANT TO EARN MORE? HERE'S HOW IT WORKS...

65% of your total sales, a $10 seller fee and two Preview Sale Passes:

ONE standard volunteer shift OR ONE qualified referral

70% of your total sales and a $5 seller fee:

TWO standard volunteer shifts OR TWO qualified referrals OR one premium shift

75% of your total sales, a $0 seller fee, and two VIP Preview Sale Passes:

TWO standard volunteer shifts OR TWO qualified referrals
PLUS ONE premium volunteer shift

Make sure your referral put your name down when registering to receive credit for the referral. Please Note: Each referral must bring at least 50 items or a total value of $100 or more to the sale.

Each standard volunteer shift is 3 hours and each premium volunteer shift is 5 hours.

Registration Fee

There is a $10 upfront nonrefundable registration fee. When registering, you will be directed to PayPal where you can pay via your PayPal account or by credit card. PLEASE NOTE: You may not share seller numbers. Please see the seller agreement when registering for more details.

What is the Preview Sale and VIP Preview Sale?

The Preview Sale takes place the night before the sale is open to the public. As a volunteer who works one or two shifts, you will receive 2 passes to shop during the Preview Sale. Volunteer three shifts and your 2 Preview Sale passes will be upgraded to shop even earlier at the VIP Preview Sale.

What is the Half Price Preview Sale?

As a seller who volunteers at least one shift, you will also be able to participate in the Half Price Preview Sale. This will take place the last day of the sale before the sale opens to the public! Not all items are marked half price!

Can I have someone else volunteer on my behalf?

Absolutely! Please make sure they sign it and give us your name so you can earn your extra percentage.

Do Dad's Volunteer?

They sure do!! We have a lot of dad's volunteer...especially during set up and tear down!

Can I volunteer if I am not a seller?

If volunteer shifts are available, we will open up these shifts for non-selling volunteers 2 weeks prior to the sale. These volunteer shifts must take place prior to the Preview Sale to receive passes to attend the Preview Sale.
